Why did I Visit Laru Beya in Belize?
During my younger years, I did not get many chances to experience the south side of my beautiful country, Belize. Now that I am older and trying to experience as many different places as possible, I was able to visit Laru Beya Resort. This resort is located in the Placencia Village in the Stann Creek District of Belize. Words will never be able to explain the beauty that this resort has to offer. The layout, designs, and furnishings of Laru Beya were expertly put together to create one of the best vacations spots in the country of Belize. Don’t believe me? My sister introduced my family to the existence of Laru Beya, and we all decided to pay it a visit on one of our spontaneous family trips, which does not occur often. After checking in to the resort, we were greeted with cool face towels and welcome drinks! I was beyond grateful because of how hot it was on that day.
Rooms and Pool at Laru Beya!
Anyone who knows me well, is aware that I do not know how to swim. I can not even float, but I LOVE pools. Whenever I am visiting a destination, I always check if the resort has a pool. It isn’t necessarily a deal breaker for me, but it does positively impact my decision in choosing the perfect resort. Laru Beya has a BEAUTIFUL fresh water infinity pool. The water was refreshing to dip in during such a hot day, and the delicious drinks that we purchased were the perfect compliment to the pool experience.
The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were cozy, expertly designed, and beautifully furnished. I felt relaxed in every moment of my stay, due to the aesthetic pleasure I received. Take a look at the pictures below and you will be able to somewhat relate to what I am talking about. Of course, the only way to truly be able to relate is if you choose to let Laru Beya be one of the places you stay when you visit Placencia, Belize.

In short, I loved every single second that I was at Laru Beya Resort. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to ensure that our stay was an enjoyable and relaxing one. The food was beyond delicious, and the drinks were on-point. Another little fact about me is that I love mixed drinks and wine. The drinks I tried definitely did not disappoint my taste buds.
